Please keep our new ESL (Mrs. Jacobson)  teacher in your thoughts and prayers.  Her husband has cancer and Hospice has been called in.  She truly needs our patience and love during this time.  

Well...Hope everyone got plenty of rest!  We have moved a few things, so please make a note of the following:

Showcase of Talent Auditions will be as scheduled on Thursday.  PLEASE make sure you check to make sure students are staying that need to stay after.  It is a big inconvenience to parents when students don't stay and have to go to another school or are locked out at home.  Please see the list from Erin Farmer.

      Anna Hall would like to have a review session with each grade level on the morning of the the day you have planning.  The session will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half in the gym.  The schedule will be:

  

        February 1-  3rd Grade at 8:30-10:00

        February 2-  5th Grade at 8:30-10:00

        February 4-  4th Grade at 8:30-10:00

If you plan to take off Tuesday, January 19 don’t forget to code your absence in Aesop or if you planning on working don’t forget to sign-in on the computer in the office.

The Internet will be down starting at 9:30 on Tuesday, January 19.  We are unsure what time service will be back up.  I want to make you aware in the case that you are planning to work on something that involves the internet.  
The technology team will let me know when they are back up and running.  


The PRIDE store will be open from January 20, 21, and 22.  Please make sure you have signed up in the workroom.

Any Staff member that would like to donate $15 to the American Heart Association will receive a vintage American Heart T-shirt.  There is a sign up sheet in the lounge if you would like one.  The money will go toward our Jump Rope for Heart total as well.  I just need to know sizes and how many to order by January 22nd so they arrive in time for the event.

Please remember that teachers should not pull assistants to sub for them without approval from Ms. Cotton or Mrs. Balser. Teacher Assistants are used for instructional purposes and this impacts other teachers and students when you do this.
