Early release day is Wednesday, March 23.  This will be team planning time!!  ENJOY it!  Try to get plans done for the following week, review data, and to get things ready for the week that students return.  


The end of the quarter is Thursday, March 24.  
Report Cards are Due April 5 by the end of the school day.

Please make sure that you put your chairs up before leaving for spring break.  I have asked that custodians clean the floors, and it is difficult to mop around chairs.  Thanks.

 DON'T FORGET!!!

The building will be open on Monday, March 28 and Tuesday, March 29 if you would like to work these two days to make time up OR to swap for days at the end of the year.  These days can not be used when students are here, and therefore assistants will not have days to swap.  Friday, March 25 is a Holiday, so the building will not be open that day.  If you do choose to work, you are REQUIRED to sign in on the computer in the office so that Joleen can keep track.  It is important that you do this and not forget..  The building will be open from 6:00am - 6:00pm.

Teachers:  Please write up anything you have done environmental this year.  Each activity should be no more than 2 sentences. 
This will be put up by the sign in board and will be added to our Clean and Green application.  The judging committee  is always impressed with everything the staff does to promote environmental education, not just what we plant and maintain outside.  A BIG thank you from Ms. Leonard!  

EOG Testing & Awards Days

Below are the dates that we will have EOG testing and Awards for each grade level.  PLEASE be aware of these dates as testing pulls assistants and possibly teachers to test.  Remember that no 3-5 class can have their end of the year picnic on a testing day. 

EOG Testing:

May 27- Science

June 1- ELA

June 2- Math

June 6- Read to Achieve (3^rd grade only)

June 9- ELA Retest (3^rd grade only)

Awards Days:

June 3- 3^rd Grade

June 6 –2^nd -8:15 & 4^th Grade 10:00

June  7- K- 8:15  & 1^st - 10:00

June 8 – 5^th Grade Celebration 8:30-11:00
